Hi there,

I am planning a "Best Employee" award for my gym. Basically, there are only 3 departments in the gym:
- Sales (selling gym memberships)
- Trainers (personal and floor)
- Receptionists

Can you provide me with some criteria that I can use to award the best employee of the month?

Hi dear,

You can declare the Employee of the Month department-wise. For Sales, recognize the Best Sales Person based on target achievement. For Admin or Trainers, consider Regularity & Punctuality, which is based on regular attendance. For overall recognition, choose the Employee of the Month based on the overall performance of the employee.
