Hi friends,
I am doing my MBA final semester project on the "Recruitment process carried out in various industries" such as manufacturing and service sector companies. Can anybody tell me the recruitment process that is normally followed in manufacturing companies? Will there be any difference between the recruitment process followed in the service sector and manufacturing companies? Kindly guide me.
Regards,
Madhu

I am amazed that an MBA student poses questions on CiteHR that are not focused enough to receive a reply. When considering the recruitment process, should you not also consider the type of job and the level of the job in question? Not being an HR specialist, my gut feeling is that it will. I stand to be corrected by the specialists.
