Please provide your opinion on the following issue: Whether the shifting of Unit/Factory to another area within a distance of 15 km will attract Section 9A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, if other conditions of service remain unchanged. We are providing transport facility to our employees. Due to the shifting of the unit, this transportation time will increase by another 30 minutes on one side. Whether this will be considered a change under Schedule IV of the I.D. Act, 1947?
