Can anyone guide me on how to create an employee claim policy? The claim policy needs to include medical, travel, mileage, and expenses claims. I need to develop the policy for the company so that employees know the guidelines for the claims they submit. Thank you.

You can devise the claim policy for medical, travel, mobile reimbursement, etc., based on the designation/grades. Ideally, you can devise a separate travel policy which may include the eligibility for various modes of travel, accommodation, boarding, local conveyance, etc. You need to define the categories of cities.
