Hi All... :icon1::icon1:

I wanted to inform all of you wonderful people that after waiting for 5 long months, I have got a very good job which offers a lot of challenges and opportunities to learn. It's an outsourcing company. You all have been a great wall of support and always have given me strength whenever I had lost hope. Thank you so much.

It's been a week since I joined, and now they want me to handle the entire project on how to introduce outsourcing of training in our company. I have been given the retail sector to look after. This means that along with offering manpower services, we will also offer training services to retail and other companies. The company wants me to prepare the entire module, process flow, list of trainers who will be providing training, list of retail companies along with their details, and list of institutes where retail is being taught as a subject.

I have gone through a few PowerPoint presentations and articles on this site. I will be thankful to all of you if you can add on and provide me with some more useful information and suggestions regarding my project. Thank you.
