Where can I print my Cite HR Certificate? There is a minimum requirement of 50 posts, and my total posts are 59. Please let me know about the same.

There was an option before (I think old members are aware of that) to print an HR certificate if you completed at least 50 posts (I guess). I printed mine too; however, that option is not available now. I hope Cite HR will look into this matter as well.

I could not find any information on how the scores are earned on the site for postings. How are the ratings determined for "green," "grey," and "red" profiles on the site? What are the criteria and who decides whether a person should be awarded any certificate or not? There are many people who post on unrelated topics on the site. For example, in the humor section, if they receive positive responses, their status turns green. Many irrelevant posts are going unnoticed. Please address these inquiries.
