Dear Sir/Madam,
Actually, I received an email from HRcite where they mentioned that you can take a printout of the certificate. However, I am unsure of the process. Could you please assist me in obtaining the certificate? I am eager to acquire it.

Hi Pooja!
I think that's not urgent 😄. Well, after you log in to citehr, go to 'My Profile'. There is a link provided for printing your certificate. Let me know if it worked or if you encountered any problems.

Hi Pooja!
The point system has been discontinued, and the rating system has been in place for more than a week now. So it must have nothing to do with your points. Your membership status - New Cite HR member may have something to do with it. (One needs to have 50 posts to become a regular member. Or I should say, up to 50 posts, your status will remain 'New Cite HR member.')
But I don't think there should be any problem with it. You just keep on trying, and it will be done. As you have also written to the moderator, there will surely be a response from them.
