Hi Purvi,
"I am an MBA student. I need to study the recruitment process for my competitors. How do I go about it? Can you help me with the questionnaire or if you have any idea of the recruitment process, please share?"
Thanks to Julie for providing the link about streamlining the recruitment process. I would suggest that instead of limiting yourself only to an academic exercise with questionnaires, experience the recruitment process yourself to get first-hand experience. This would add value to your project. Good luck! :D

Purvi,
I have provided 6 parts of questions. You can play with it, as per your time availability. As a warning, you may not get all information from everyone. Also, I would suggest taking a written document from your college authorities, saying these pieces of information would be used only for study purposes. Some firms might suspect that this information would be misused. Anyway, good luck.

Thank you, Leo. It really worked. I could get the information out of people, though they were not ready to give me all the details, but still, I was happy with whatever I could extract. Can you help me with what I should add more to my project report to make it good? My project's title is to study the recruitment and training process for the BPO industry. I am working with one of the leading consultants as a part of my summer project. With the help of the questionnaire, I have learned about the recruitment processes of 4 other competitors of the company I am working with. I have planned to compare the processes and give valuable suggestions to my company. Is there anything else that I can do to enhance my project report?
