Recently I completed MBA (HR & Finance) waiting for my results.
I did Graduation in Psychology n also pursuing MSc (Psychology) in distance.
I want to settle in HR profession.As I am Fresher i cannot be the perfect in all aspects please guide me the areas where i should focus.
I want to be potential growth factor for an organization l m looking for HR job.

Nice to hear from you that, you decided to settle down in HR Domain. But Even you also mentioned that you are pursuing MSc (Psychology). That's well and good. But can I know what made you to choose you to go for MSc (Psychology) when you decided to settle down in HR domain?
So you want to be perfect in HR topics. As You have done Your HR as your major right.
As you have done your HR , so you would have some idea/awareness in some HR areas.
So i would suggest you to go through step by step right from Recruitment to employee termination.
We have HR cycle which covers all these areas. So go through that step by step and try to be perfect. if any doubt in any area , ask me , i would help you out.
But these would be theoretical learning. You will be perfect when you apply these or work in those areas. Wishing you all the best for your career.

Its good to answer to Ur question. basically i am a psychology graduate i know relaxation therapies also i can analyze hand writings of people that's why i choose psychology.
I did MBA HR and i want to settle down in HR because HRM and Psychology both subject have relation and interlink with each other both subjects deals with people. i want to get industry exposure.
when coming to my long run goal is to start a clinic of my own at my middle age... this is after getting of my experience and observation of different kind of pepople.
