Harnek,
You can submit your withdrawal claim 2 month after you leave your establishment (Be careful in interpreting my note, it's 2 months after your leave your company and not 2 months after your resignation). You would also have to sign at a section in the pension withdrawal form wherein you declare that you are not employed with the establishment.
Cheers, A.B.

Dear Harnek SIngh,
Once you relieved from the company, only after 2 months you can withdraw PF provided you don't have any job these 2 months. If the new organization is having PF, you can transfer your PF amount instead of withdrawing. Hope I clarified your query. If any doubt, please let me know.

Hi Harnek,
After 60 days of leaving the current organization you can withdraw the EPF. You have to take 2 withdrawal forms (form no. 19 & 10 C, 2 revenue stamps and 1 cancelled cheuqe of your active account) then visit your last company for further formalities.
Thanks.

You can lodge your claim for PF withdrawl immediately after resignation i.e form No.10 C and 19 to your previous employer for their endorsement and submission in concerned PF office for its necessary proceedings.

Learned members have told you how and by when you withdraw your PF.
But my suggestion will be do not withdraw PF balances.
Transfer to new company and continue to save in PF which is a tax efficient instrument.
Small drops of saving s will eventually make a bigger ocean of savings for every employed person.
Do not get into temptation to withdraw.
This is just a piece of advice.
