Appointment / Offer letter are Employer specific. There is no prescribed standard format for this.
Resignation letter is employee specific. Through Resignation letter employee just communicate to employer officially that he/she is not interested to continue with the Organisation any more. There is no standard format for this also.
For sure some members will share templates but it won't be prudent to follow it blindly without knowing the significance of those terms and conditions.
