Dear All,
After completion of schooling, I joined AMIE (Mechanical Engineering), but I could not complete my studies due to financial constraints, and at the age of 23, I got job with Tata Tea Limited and worked the first 5 years in the Tea Estate Offices and thereafter shifted to Industrial Relations Department and worked there for 7 years. In the year 2005, I resigned the job and took up employment elsewhere and currently my designation is Manager - HR and Admin and marketing. I have so far completed 23 years service in various capacities.
While I have ensured that there is career growth, I failed miserably in adding qualifications. My qualification details are as follows:
Plus two - completed in the year 1990.
BBA - Completed in the year 2003
Executive Master in Business Administration - 2014
Certificate Course in Human Resource Manager 2015
I have taken up lots of certification courses online.
All the courses were completed in Correspondence Mode.
So after I have worked in only 3 companies as HR Department Staff, as secretary, and current designation of HR and Admin Manager.
Due to growing commitments and having not settled, I am planning to seek jobs abroad in HR or Admin field. While I am confident of taking any job and handling independently with ease, I have a doubt whether my log gaps in my qualification will be a stumbling block in getting a job abroad. I would solicit open and considerate opinion on whether do I stand a chance in getting a job abroad ( I am currently seeing only the monetary benefit) - preferably middle east.
Can somebody guide me in this regard.
Regards,

One must stress on strengths.
Your long gaps between qualifications was while working. So you have working practical experience and theoretical experience also.
If you project yourself in your CV properly,it should not be a big hurdle at all.
So confidently look around for a middle East job.
Though Middle East is no longer a paradise with high wages as it used to be earlier.
Job market has slowed down and they also want local first in some places.
Best of luck.
