M/s Kavita,
If your form marked as "Scheme Certificate", You cannot withdraw the EPS amount till age 58. If your PF service is more than 10 yrs, including future service in EPF, you will get Pension. If at the age 58 your PF service is less than 9.5 yrs, you can withdraw the EPS amount.
Thanks,

The original Scheme Certificate received from the EPFO should be kept in safe custody and to be submitted to EPFO at the time claiming pension after completing 20 years of pensionable service and completing 58 years or 50 years in the case of reduced pension. If it is sent to EPFO before that date, it might get lost and the employee may lose the benefit of adding that completed pensionable years in that scheme certificate.
