Dear all, I have a query regarding the sandwich leave policy. So, the partnership firm I'm working with implemented the sandwich leave policy. After implementation, I have requested a half day's leave on 27th January, i.e., Saturday and will join the office in the 2nd half of the day on Friday, 26th January, it is a holiday (Republic Day).
Can this be considered as sandwich leave? And if yes, how can they deduct the salary?
