For work from home arrangements, the major focus remains on productivity, quality and measurement of the performance.
For productivity a system capturing engagement in real time basis(online method) including availability is must.
For performance daily performance targets (preferably one day prior setting) with milestones.
For quality standards depending upon the required performance quality standards are to be designed for distance working.
For measurement of performance %age achievement against the set targets/milestones on daily basis by performer himself and review by supervisor.
Interactive sessions through virtual mode like review meeting( sunrise/sunset) are to be kept in design under work from home system.

Working from home has its own set of perks. The setup of work from home is here to stay. As per the statistics the employees have mentioned in their survey that they would prefer to work from home and office in an alternate set up. However there are a few dos and don'ts in the WFH setup.

DOs

1. Fix working hours.
2. Make a routine

Don’ts
Don’t procrastinate on the assigned work
Try not to indulge in any distractions while working.
These are a few dos and don’t that can help in attaining a healthy work schedule.
