Hi, I am working as a HR, my company is start up company and was in corporated in the month of May’11 and has not yet registered under ESIC and PF is it mandatory to follow minimum wages

ESIC, PF & Minimum wage are different enactments. Are to be followed individually & totally hence it is better to comply with all or else if you are following one after another then the risk to the company shall get reduced to that extent.

if I am not wrong your question is, "is it necessary to fallow the min. wages for registration of ESIC and EPF?"
If it is right, there is no need or required to follow min. wages for registration of ESIC & EPF.
