Hi ,
Sumitta , firstly you need to identify the training needs from each department , Identify the training required on immediate basis and thereon i.e soft skill trainig . Than plan whether the training should be conducted weekely ,monthly ,quarterly , half yearly or on need basis . Analysis the number of training to be attended by each employee in a year for example in a year a employee must attend atleast 5 trainings.
Than create calander that can contain following colomns :- Training Month,
Topic,Date,Time,Trianier name, no of Participants and Remarks.
Hope this information may be of help to you.
Thanks
Rinku
