Let us think that HR cheated or misused the info or something like that.... what is of utmost importance is whether the incident took place or not... whether the irate boy slapped the girl or not.... how it was reported is not important.... i am again asking .....if it was NOT a girl wud he hv slapped...... why a female employee is always a easy target.... for abusing .. for assaulting... for embarrassing....why cant she be treated with respect like any other employee.... it is no question or doubt ....the boy has to go .... dont hide / smoke the issue by saying it took place in the cafeteria.... was it outside the premises.... did it happen in a public cafeteria... then let us forget let the girl file a police case... if it has taken place in the exclusive employees cafeteria then it warrants disciplinary action... pls do not add why..how..on reporting and other matters of modus operandi... the girl can still be considered, if she no objection...for re employment... she cud be warned ..or for some minor punishment...thanx
