Dear Anonymous,
1) HR process can be improved with automation. Managing leave, tracking attendance and running payroll manually will put a lot of strain on the HR managers
2) No, human connect is not diminishing due to automation. Many activities like performance reviews, appraisals and job promotion of employees is done in person. Due to automation, HR managers will have the time to interact with employees one on one
3) Young HR's can keep themselves abreast of the latest developments in HR through various magazines like PeopleMatters (https://www.peoplematters.in/)
