Respected All, Required your help to solve the issue below..
One of our employees resigned on 1st Nov 2020 and as per our company policy we have 1 month notice period so the expected date of relieving is 30th Nov, but in the notice period month he took 5 days leave and requested us to he will extend his notice period of 5 working days and not to deduct the amount from his FNF, so we mutually decided that his Last working day would be 5th Dec.
Anyways we are not allowing the leaves in the notice period it will result in a deduction in FNF or extending the working days.
Please let me know what is the date of exit I have to mention in his Date of Exit is whether 30th Nov 2020 or 5th Dec 2020.
