Dear all,
I need some clarification in PF. My Father is an employee in private company.He has appointed in the company at the age of 48yrs. now his age is 64yrs. still he is continuing in the same company. Being the employee will he get his benefit from provident fund? please guide me.

Dear All,
Please help me, I am the employer of 2years old outsourcing company having 53 employees of them only 15 are getting below 6500 as basic salary.
I heard that eligibility for PF is 3 years.
Please advise me ASAP.

Please will any body clarify whether EDLIF is payable to contribute of the members contributing to EPF above 58 years of age and whether it is some where clarified in the EPF & M.P. or EDLIF any where.
