Seniors,
I have 12 yrs. of experience as HR and recently, I unfortunatly joined family business type company and after 4 months of joining, along with some others newly joined, I was told that not to come. Means such company hired when required and fire when required.
Now , moving ahead with my prestigious 12 years in H R career is difficult.
I had three interviews in which I told those companies a fact about unemployment so I did not called for another inteviewes.
I am in trouble that how to get anouther job in genuine companies in which i had been working unlike last company?
Please tell me how to get anotherjob???? When I told in interviews that I dont have job due to victim of 'hire and fire practice', I did not called for final interivews and that had never happend.
Correct reason does not allow me for getting job.

Hi ,
Sorry to say but inspite of having 12 years of experience why did you join
the ' Family business type company'. and when you came to know that the
company is not a professional one, you should have left the company and
joined the new one before they ask you to quit .
Anyways hereafter whenever you go for the interview you dont say anything
bad about the previous company where you worked.(Like there was a hire &
fire system etc) it gives a bad impression .
Present your self in a positive way and try to explain in what way you can be
beneficial to the company .
Also do your own SWOT analysis which will help you to attain clarity .
This will definitely help you to get the job . Sorry if my words are bit harsh .
wishing you all the best .

Dear Saloni
Never bad mouth your past employer. One reason why the company terminated most employees be, the business was at a loss. This is just my guess
When prospective employer ask you the reason for your resignation (generally companies don't dismiss an employee, rather ask for voluntary resignation. Technically it is again 'Resignation' only). Dismissal happens only when disciplinary issues arises.
So technically you have resigned. You can tell prospective employer that business was not doing well and also you didn't find growth opportunities.
Remember, you are not telling lie. You are telling what the truth is

Than you HR4NATION. I will reply this .
Sharing some of situation at my last employment;
I had accepted this due to my friend who is labour consultant to that company. I was told to establish H R dept. But MD and Chairman are son and father respectively. HoDs of
Marketing,Operational,Accounts- commercial are of friends of MD. And when I appointed required Safety Officer due to Highly Hazardus establishment, after 3 weeks, Safety Officer was also told to not to come from next day as now safety officer is not required.
And many other daily things as H o D of operations used to sent massages at early morning say 7.00a.m. __call (this) operator and remove him.
well, I had only worked companies in genuinely managed irrespective of private limited and limited of india or domestic.
Anyways, for me, getting employment is very difficult as i am not employed yet.
If any other better reply is available, do share me for getting job again.
Regards,

Dear Saloni
I am able to understand your plight. Tell your prospective employer that, the company was not earning well and you understood only after 3 months. Tell that, few employees from other depts were laid off due to loss and hence you put papers
