For speaking good english try the following tips:
1) Practice,Practice and Practiice.Start speaking with your friends in english,which will help you faster. Do not get worry even if do mistakes.
2) Daily read english newspaper and read the editorials.
3) Join in established English-Speaking courses in your area.

thanxx Amritha for ur advice, bt i can score in any subject, so thats not the problem, the problem is,i want to know that more jobs opportunities are available for which specialization, i mean at the time of placements, any company often requires which type of HR specialists, like Labour realtion, training and development, benifit administration etc, any type of guidance from u, will be helpful!! have a good weekend!!
