I am working in a Manufacturing Industry. We are planning to introduce performance incentive to all our employees. Kindly advice to prepare the policy for the incentive. Can i fixed the incentive based on job description or how do i proceed. Kindly advice.

Performance Incentive is based on the production target on monthly basis,if u have achieved you can give incentive based on the slab system and this is the motivating factor for the employee.

Get the target month on wise from the TOP Management, Once the target acheived (planned vs actual) then incentives may be added to the employees based on their Skill level.
Unskilled -1000, S.S-1200 and Skilled-1500 etc.
