i just want to know about standard format for break ups in salary.
Is that there is any fixed % for conveyance allowances, special allowances ,DA etc...
Kindly do the need full to me. As i am preparing for a start up company and even i am a fresher.

It is advisable that Basic + DA should be more than 50% of gross Salary. HRA is 35 to 40% of Basic. IT is exempted upto Rs.800 p,m for ,Conveyance Allowance, hence maxium amt for CA is Rs.800/-. adjustable amt would be Spl.Allow.

Is that the Basic , HRA.. will be changing every month? Actually i am a fresher and not able to understand the salary calculation process in detail... as every company has their own format... i am not able to fix for our company.

Can Anybody please help with the salary slip format for Trainees. I don't think we will deduct PF & ESI as we are less than 10 employees in our organization. Also we are a strtaup. Please share the breakups.
