Hello,
I am working in West Bengal Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), aGovernment of India's flagship programme. Here is contract of 1 year of service that is extendable up to 3 years.
My question is that job has any possibility to become permanent if I worked there more than 240 days in a year ??

In several cases court has given judgment that regular position should filled to regular channel of recruitment i.e. Advertisement in Newspaper- Calling applications - Screeming Applications - Interivew Written / Oral / Physical etc.. & then only the regular position should be filled.
So I do not think you can claim for Permanancy after completion of 240 day day....
