Dear Rupesh,
No company will have the company seal on to the offer letter given. Again what type of business are they into? Again you can lodge a complaint to the DC of Labour welfare in regards to the same. The first thing is that, try talking to the management of the company before you move into the next step. More over it would be better if you could give me the answers for the questions I asked.

Hi Rupesh, As suggested by Mahesh, I would insist that, you first have a discussion with the business owners before you take any other step. Cheers - Sampath
