Hi all,
The PG diploma in training and development awarded by the Indian Society for training and development New Delhi is recognised as a qualification for appointment to senior postions in HR and is approved by the Ministry of Human resources . The course fees has also risen to the level of MBA in Universities Govt colleges .Still I doubt whether the course is given the desrved credit for employment or promotions etc. .Kindly provide opinions on this so that the importance of the qualification may be widely known.
Yrs sincerely,
S..Ramachandran

Ya It is really useful.Today I saw recruitment file of my training company and saw that nearly 90 % senior HR had done this.
But they r talent bank of nation holding not less tha 15 years of experince
in HR field.
I recommend those who are already been in service having more than 5 years experience must do.

After MBA If you want higher position in your company than PGDCA is helpful to you. There are many Distance learning colleges but to chooseing a college is the key factor. On my own experience Sikkim Manipal University distance program is the best one. SMUDE uses the latest edunxt technology to create a virtual classroom where you can interact with the faculty and students and thereby also network with other students, which is a unique and one of its kind feature amongst other colleges offering distance education. for the prospectus and speaking to their counselor you can register for free MBA Distance Learning | MBA Distance Education | MBA Part Time | MBA Correspondence |
