Dear Ankita, Kindly get filled form 19, Form 10C and form 15G/15H. from your end you need to attached 3A along with other withdrawal forms. Regards,

Dear Ankita,
As said by team trouvaille, you need to submit form 3A and 15G / 15H but now form 19 and 10C is outdated and new composite withdrawal form is been released by EPFO which needs to be filled by the employee. I'm, attaching the format of composite claim form for your reference.

Hi All,
I am new to this PF Claims. I would like to know once the employee leave the job what are the formalities of Employer should do.
I have a case one employee is left in the month of Feb and she is claimed for the close of PF account. She has filled all the documents necessary and they have rejected saying Kindly contact your employer for submitting Form 9 register. Can you please help me in gettting this form 9 and help me in filling up the form

If I’m not wrong form 9 is use for annual returns and if you have not done annual returns the EPFO won’t allow to withdraw employees PF. Regards,
