Hi all,

I am organizing a family day for my office employees (along with their families). Could you please suggest some ideas for activities that I can conduct on that day? Additionally, could you please share an invitation draft/template that I can use when creating invitations for my employees?

Thank you very much.

It is a nice idea to conduct a family day, which acts as a good stress buster for employees from their robotic life. Here are a few activities listed below for your reference:

1. You can take them to any resort and have a few outdoor games like Tug of War, Musical Chairs, Treasure Hunt, etc. With these games, we can have maximum participation of employees as well as their family members.

2. If you want to conduct it on office premises, then you can go with these games/activities:

i) Balloon Blast - Two participants can participate in this game. Within the given time limit, one should blow the balloon, and one should tie & blast it with hands.

ii) Dumb Charades

iii) Housie/Tambola - You can get a Tambola game kit from any of the game stores.

iv) Roll a Ball - In this game, you need to buy a gift and wrap it with more than 20 wrappers. When the music starts, the participants should pass on the wrapped ball until the music ends. The one holding the ball after the music ends needs to unwrap the ball, and then he/she will be eliminated. The game continues similarly until the one who gets the gift after unwrapping.

If you want more activities, please send an email to [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons].
