HR is about selecting, rewarding, and developing people to achieve goals. Yes, certainly. However, I would like to say that HR is also about selecting the right people, judging which type of people are suitable where, why, etc. HR is also about creating discipline in the right fashion without hurting the staff or tampering with the organizational image. Additionally, HR involves providing guidance, even up to the top management. Essentially, it involves analyzing and making correct judgments about an individual's psychology, not only judgment, but studying the same and acting accordingly. That's very important. What else, friends? All of you are much more experienced and knowledgeable. Share your thoughts. Thanks. Manasi.

I need HR training. I completed my MBA in HR, but I can't understand HR roles. Communication skills are important in this role, but coming from a Telugu medium background, I am facing a lot of problems. Please suggest where I can learn HR perfectly.

In my view, HR is all about recruiting, training, retraining, and retaining employees to achieve organizational goals.
When I say:
- Recruiting: Finding the right person for the right job.
- Training: Providing training to fresh employees based on organizational requirements.
- Retraining: Equipping employees to face future challenges or changes.
- Retaining: Conducting employee counseling to retain them.
