Who are you: a student, a professional worker, etc.? What do you mean by 5S? Are you referring to the Japanese 5-S system? Have you searched the web using Google?
I suggest that you please search the web using a broader key term of TQM + 12 K Schools, as Japanese 5-S is a subset of TQM.
