Hello All,
I am sindoora from Hyderabad working as a QA engineer. I have been enrolled in symbosis for PGDHRM - 09. Due to hectic work i have'nt started studing the subjects. There are only two months left for the semester to complere , As the time is very short i am really confused :confused:.
Can anyone please help me how to manage and complete the assignments soon.
Also can u please share the assignments for practice and let me know what subjects should be taken first.

I too have enrolled in symbosis for PGDHRM - 09 and i completely understand ur situation as m sailin in the same boat.....
I have taken up Accounting subject as i find this as the most difficult one...so my suggestion to u would be to take the toughest subject and finish it off asap.....
Don't worry about the semester time completion, once u start studyin u will realise its not that difficult n u will be able to manage them.....
I guess that is all that i can suggest.....
Yes pls do go thru some practice assignments in the net as this will really help u to understand hw to manage ur studies....

Hello Sindoora,
I did my PGDHRM in 2004 from SCDL. If you think the course contents have not changed much, then I can send you the assignments (total 20) prepared by me. And dont worry about the timeline. It took me over 6 months, after the course duration, to submit all the assignments.

You can submit your project after completing your all your exam. Even I am doing on the same subject. Mine is on the verge of completion with only one exam pending. Also send a mail to Symbiosis as I think you can submit case study as Project is not mandatory. I have completed the same and I am attaching the case study and the evaluation sheet from Symbiosis also. You will get a clear picture how to do the same.

Management, I feel, is all about learning PESONALLY -how to manage a situation.
Just gaining a Diploma/Degree in Management is NOT going to help in future "IFF" the subject is NOT understood properly AND if the assignments are NOT done personally.
Faculty members may want to give u the necessary maeks & the subsequent degree but what about the Management KNOWLEDGE" which will be tested in a Disaster situation?
