Regarding the Pay Scale:
1. Pay Scale: Rs. PB-3 Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 5,400.
2. Pay Scale: Rs. 15,285-670-18,635-705-36,965.
If the gross earnings (not net pay) are more than Rs. 15,285 and less than Rs. 18,635, an increment of Rs. 670 is applicable every year (the period depends on the policy of the government department).
Similarly, if the gross earnings are greater than Rs. 18,636 and less than Rs. 36,965, an increment of Rs. 705 is applied according to the period (quarterly/half-yearly).
