I want to know about one situation: "A court directs an employer to absorb the contract labor concerned in regular workmen after the abolition of the contract." What is the validity of this order in the light of the legal aspects and cases/decisions of Senior (H.C./S.C.) Courts.

Seniors, please guide me.

Dear Mr. P. Tripathi,

I don't want to go against the judgment of the court, and I respect it. However, as far as I know, the abolition of contract labor in a premises doesn't automatically provide an opportunity to regularize them as permanent workers.
