Kindly give more details about this opening like job location, job responsibility, whether it's a contract role or permanent role, and which company you are from. Without any detail from your side, you require an HR head. Without proper information, don't post the thread. Simply, you people are collecting the resumes. One sad thing is many people are applying for jobs without seeing any information; they are all applying just like that. Definitely must change this attitude; it's my friendly request.
