Hey guys, I am doing a project on employee motivational needs analysis. I searched a lot of sites to find the questionnaire but couldn't find one. So, I went through many sites and after looking at various questionnaires, I created one. I hope it will be useful for all of you if needed. It's basically based on Maslow's hierarchy.

Thanks for posting the questionnaire. When framing questions, one should ensure that only one item or factor is asked per question. For example, please see Q4 of the questionnaire attached in the initiator's message.

How do you measure this questionnaire? There are only questions - no measurement analysis?

Perhaps for the questionnaire to be factual or legitimate, I suggest there must be a properly cited author. It's a nice one, though there is no introduction regarding its origin or the scales used for measurement. Presenting this questionnaire as one will encourage validity.

It's a well-made questionnaire, serving as a barometer for research. Kudos.

Questions in the questionnaire are good but how do you measure the motivation questionnaire? There are only questions - no measurement analysis? please also provide it.
