Once, there was a small kid on Earth.
One fine day, it came to know that God was distributing apples to humans in His place in Heaven.
The kid was so happy to receive that news and went with a lot of enjoyment to Heaven to get the apple from God.
There was a big queue standing to get an apple from God, and this kid also joined that queue.
While standing, it was fully excited and thrilled at the fact that it was going to receive in person from God's hands. Its turn came, and the kid showed both hands to receive the apple.
God gave the apple, but unfortunately, the tiny hands couldn't hold the big apple. The apple fell down and got wasted in the mud.
The kid was so disappointed.
The ministers near God informed that if the kid wanted to have an apple from God again, it had to follow the queue once more.
Having waited for so long, the kid didn't want to return to Earth with empty hands, so it decided to wait in the queue again.
This time, the queue had become even longer than the previous one. While waiting in the queue, the kid could see a lot of people who returned with an apple in hand and utmost satisfaction on their faces.
The kid was so disappointed and thought, "Why didn't I alone get the apple in hand when all others were easily able to get it? What sin did I commit to suffer like this?" Now, the kid was scared that it should not miss the apple again. When its turn came again, God gave the apple to the kid's hands and spoke to the kid.
"My dear child, last time after giving you the apple, I noticed it was rotten. That's why I made it fall from your hands. Feeling bad for giving you a rotten apple, I wanted to give you the best apple in the farm. The best apple in the farm was still growing, and that's why I made you wait in the queue for so long. Here it is. Now, the apple you have in your hand is 'The Best' apple in the farm to date. Enjoy."
So, friends, sometimes, even after putting in 100% dedication and commitment, things may get delayed or go wrong. Believe that God has something great in store, and that's why certain things happen. Always remember, "Gratitude is absolutely the best way to bring more into one's life."
