Are you an entrepreneur??????
There are certain traits and attitudes that make some people more suited to running a successful small business than others.
In one study where entrepreneurs were given a list of attributes and asked to rate their importance for success, the seven most highly ranked qualities were perseverance, the desire and willingness to take the initiative, competitiveness, self-reliance, a strong need to achieve, self-confidence, and good physical health
None of these are particularly surprising; you’d expect a person who was a successful entrepreneur to be self-reliant and self-confident. The qualities that the same group of entrepreneurs ranked as least necessary for success may surprise you, though; a strong desire for money, patience, being well organized, and having a need for power all ranked at the bottom of the list.
Do you believe on these words.. if these are the only qualities to be a successfull entrepreneur WHY M I NOT SUCCESSFULL????
Even I have all these qualities then where m i lacking.:?::(

Dear Akilesh,
I am not an entrepreneur, but I definitely know what it takes to be one.
Every successful entrepreneur that you have come across or read about has told you their story only after achieving their success, which is usually the second half of their story. Have you ever tried seeing their first half?
You have gauged "successful entrepreneurs' attributes." These attributes are gained after years of hard work. Maybe they had the same attributes when they started, but their determination was even stronger - just like yours. It will take time and experience (not just in years, but in the depth of exposure and willingness to learn).
When you have a dream, nurture it, follow it, even if you fall down, get up, and keep moving. Never let doubts creep in – after all, Akhilesh has dreamt of it, he will definitely reach there.
The question should not be "Why am I not successful?" But - "Why is being successful a long journey?" :-) You have your answer here - Go ahead! Years later, I am sure you will remember this question and smile back at all the "worthful efforts" that will take you there.
