Dear All,
I am Sowmya, and I work as a Senior HR in a domestic call center in Hyderabad. The company's services are in the service industry, focusing on advertisements. My management has requested that I prepare a Daily Report and email it to them. I have been detailing my daily tasks in bullet points, but they are looking for a different format.
I seek your assistance in determining if there is another format to follow. As an HR professional, many tasks are repetitive, with little variation in roles and responsibilities.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
With Regards,
Sowmya R.

Hi Mr. Jayakumar,
Firstly, I thank you for your concern.
My tasks include attending interviews, updating attendance, participating in discussions and meetings with management (which can last 1-2 hours daily), coordinating with the lead manager, TL - marketing, and telemarketers, preparing important HR-related letters and formats, and keeping track of late arrivals, warnings, offer letters, etc.
However, it is important to note that not all these activities occur daily; some tasks such as discussions and attendance are part of my regular role.
Please advise me on how I can create a daily report in a different manner and guide me on the process.
Regards,
