It is a good effort on your part. However, please understand that the ESI & PF Challans are deposited in appointed banks and not with the regional authorities as mentioned by you.

Please correct your Excel sheet accordingly.

Dear Vijay,

Firstly, thank you for your good and useful efforts. It is commendable on your part. However, please note that ESI & PF Challans are to be deposited only in the designated Banks. Subsequently, one original challan is to be sent to the authorities along with Form 12, 5, 7, and 10.
