Hi Sandy,
Great content. If I may give some feedback... To create a greater impact visually, avoid capital letters for all the words - too many colors in the background, consistency in slide layout, etc. Just the minor stuff, the finishing touches if you'd like to call it that.

Your work is being appreciated. Well done with the contents and ideas. I would like to suggest that it would be better if you didn't focus as much on the background and styles. By reducing the emphasis on animation schemes, the presentation would have a simpler and more professional look.
