Hi All,
Yesterday, one of the employee of my organization had an altercation with me outside the office premises, which results into very bad mood. He was very abusive in his language and aggressive as well. But, I remain calm and quite a bit!! Now, the question here is how to I will tackle him because he is not my team member. Also, it happened outside the office. Please suggest and help me in this.

Let the matter cool off with time. However, if it happens again please escalate to your manager who in turn can communicate with his manager.

Hi Pravin,
You are a very patient person. Be as Patient as you are. He is not your team member, so the probability of he coming across in office is very less. If it happens again in or outside the office than you inform to your boss and colleagues.

Hi Pravin
Stay Calm forever. It is good thing that you stayed calm
at that time. He may realize his mistake.
Also please take a note that "Don't see any purpose behind others maistake,
it will be harmful to you only and not the other"

Dear Pravin,
Keep your manager informed about the incidence.
Donot loose your calm.
Be prepared, this may happen again. They will be testing your patience.
Then your manager should come down heavily, seeking higher mngmnt help.

Hi Pravin,
What was the issue? What triggered the incident? Is it work related? Or personal?
Would not be able to comment unless and until you give a clear picture of what happened...
And also clearly state what ever you also spoke back.
(To me it just looks like this: a conversation takign place between you and someone, finally it broke into an argument and use of abusive words - not sure if you spoke at all...the worse part is...everything is muted) - so help! - add more info
