Would you please help me explain this term or share everything you know about this "Competency Dictionary"?
In my opinion, I think that the Competency Dictionary should be inclusive of competency areas such as Competency Model, Competency Levels, and Competency Assessment, etc.

Thank you for your reply. I visited your website and read about the "Comprehensive Competency Dictionary." I found it very interesting that you have described the five proficiency levels of competency along with a series of behavioral indicators.
