Hi all,
I am in the process of creating a set of questionnaires for measuring the effectiveness of training. I have created questionnaires for training feedback (within a week) and post-training self-evaluation questionnaire. However, I am facing challenges in forming a questionnaire for the manager to provide post-training feedback for the employee who has taken the training. It would be great if you could provide me with a list of questions that should be asked to the manager to measure the effectiveness of the training.
Thanks!

Dear Pallavi,
There is a standard instrument to measure the effectiveness of the training, but there is no standard questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the training. This questionnaire will differ from one industry to another, one company to another, and one set of participants to another. You should concentrate on the gaps in performance. Decide first what needs to be increased and what needs to be decreased. What is the level of customer dissatisfaction? Is there scope for improvement of operational ratios? This, in itself, is a post-training evaluation questionnaire.
Ok...
