I am doing a summer project with an oil company, and the topic for my project is "Coping with stress and stress management." If anybody has any idea where I can find a standard questionnaire for the same as I have to conduct a survey of the employees, then please send a reply to this post.

Hi,
I do not know how a standard questionnaire developed by someone else could meet your project requirements. When questionnaires are developed, the person who creates them has certain objectives and identified variables to meet their requirements. Their questionnaire meets their own objectives, whereas your objectives are most likely to be different from another questionnaire.
If you are to develop a questionnaire, please collect articles from a refereed journal and, based on the literature review, develop a questionnaire to meet your project requirements.
