Basically, there are a few attributes you can select based on the type of organization, such as performance, potential, and leadership. His personal and professional achievements within the organization should be highlighted, and alongside, a gap analysis can be conducted. This approach would definitely help in formulating a graph for talent search.

I am facing a problem in the analysis of some of the data. My data is as follows:

No. of Samples N,
A Column having sub-columns (A1, A2, A3, A4),
B Column having sub-columns (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6),
C Column having sub-columns (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7),
...
H Column having sub-columns (H1, H2, H3, H4).

I want to analyze these samples with the help of 7-scale ANOVA and Factor analysis. If anyone who is very good in analysis, kindly email me the process of analysis (step by step) considering my above data format. (I do have SPSS and other reputed software.)
