Dear Rohit,

I am Chittaranjan, a new user of Citemen. I am very much interested in reading "Skills that can be learned from kids and oldsters." However, whenever I download the PDF file, I receive a file with a .php extension. Could you please guide me on how to download it in a readable format?

Dear Rohit Bahtia,

Good thought and well presented too. In your document, your sentence about the trainer's active listening and participation techniques requires more elaboration. As far as I understand, it is quite experiential and detailed. Generally covered under TTT/methodology of training/facilitation skills/participatory approach of training/trainers' do's, hence it is one of the "must" qualities to be a trainer.

Hey Rohit,

I just checked the PDF. Nice one, especially the last point which asks the trainer to give personal attention to the trainees. It often happens that trainees are not comfortable opening up in the beginning.

Good one. Keep smiling.
