Can an employer terminate an employee without any notice and written intimation about his termination? And is it valid to write in the appointment letter that we can terminate you at any time without any notice and written intimation?

Yes, in probation period company can terminate without assigning any reason, but for that appointment letter must indicating that clause clearly. Regards Pankaj Chandan

dear puneet when u are entering a contract in writing how can u terminate it verbally......? u have to intimate the reason
