So, guys, is there any particular site where we can find guidance on how to write and respond to emails, especially when it comes to editing important letters or writing professional emails?

Dear Colleagues,

Is there any policy or code of conduct on writing official emails to subordinates or colleagues? Sometimes, some staff have the habit of writing curt or unpleasant emails, which can be off-putting to others.
